   Unionman Encoder (UT-1300), fully compliant with MPEG-2/DVB standard, is broadcast-level digital compression encoding device of high quality. It resorts to the latest technical innovation and acquires high-quality compression video through buffer setting and effective optimization of bit ratio, having excellent video performance in VBR and CBR operating mode with a low bit rate. With its own unique technology, parallel technical methods, TP-1300 ensures an optimal encoding and multiplexing system in the environment of multiple encoders working. It can also be connected to other devices through DVB ASI interface owing to advanced parallel technology.
